Baloyi & Partners Accountants is a well-established accounting firm which seeks to become a recommended professional service firm in our industry and to be known for the value adds we render to our clients.

Our team of professionals bring value adds to our clients and passion to deliver quality service in tax, financial and accounting. Our vast services that we render are Internal Audit, VAT Management Services and Preparation of Annual Financial Statements.

Our firm is a black-owned company and we heavily promote diversity as we are a firm that sees beyond colour and believe that the customer at the end of the day must walk-away satisfied and come back.

Our business footprints are in the Gauteng and Limpopo provinces.

Founder Focus

Mr. Prince Phuti Baloyi is a qualified Associate General Accountant (South Africa) and a Tax Practitioner with over 6 years’ experience in audit, accounting and tax. His primary focus is identifying and laising with clients in need of professional support to public sector entities mainly in the local and provincial government. 

Mr. Baloyi is considered an expert in value added tax compliance, internal audit and audit of non-financial information. He also has broad experience in PFMA and MFMA reporting and compliance.

Mr. Baloyi has established a team of professionals from different professional bodies including  the South African Institute of Chartered Accountants (SAICA), the Institute of Internal Auditors (IIA) as well as the Independent Regulatory Board of Auditors (IRBA)

Our strategy is to operate all our offices through co-working spaces across all nine provinces of the country and other flexible rental agreements that won’t affect our business model negatively.
